This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User” or “You”) and [TapPlay] (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It sets forth the terms, obligations, and responsibilities governing your access to and use of the App (across mobile, web, or other platforms).
By installing or registering with the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms, including future updates. If you do not accept the Agreement, you should uninstall and discontinue using the App immediately.
You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts. Minors must obtain explicit consent from a parent or guardian before using the App.
The App may not be used in jurisdictions where similar services are restricted or prohibited by law.
If your network service agreement or applicable platform policies prohibit such use, you are not permitted to register or access the App.
Individuals engaged in the development or operation of competing products must not use the App to obtain competitive intelligence. We reserve the right to restrict such usage.
Where minors use the App with guardian consent, supporting documentation must be submitted via [email protected] prior to use.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
Accounts are strictly personal and cannot be sold, transferred, rented, or shared.
You are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials. Any losses due to negligence will be your responsibility.
Only one active account is allowed per device. If our systems detect multiple accounts from a single device, we reserve the right to suspend or block such accounts.
Points can be earned by performing in-App tasks, such as watching advertisements, trying new games, completing surveys, or engaging in promotional activities.
Points are based on revenue sharing with third-party partners and represent a share of profits rather than direct cash payouts.
The App’s system alone determines the amount of points allocated for each task, which may vary.
We reserve the right to revise reward policies as necessary, with notice provided within the App.
If we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of system loopholes, fake traffic, or other violations, we may:
Suspend, reset, or revoke accumulated points;
Restrict or permanently disable the account;
Pursue further legal remedies.
Points may be exchanged for cash or virtual rewards when users meet the redemption rules set in-App (e.g., minimum withdrawal threshold).
Requests must be submitted via designated App channels with valid and accurate payment details (e.g., bank account, e-wallet, gift card).
Processing is typically completed within 1–7 business days but depends on third-party payment services.
Daily, weekly, or monthly limits may apply and will be communicated in-App.
Transactions may undergo manual or automated reviews to prevent fraud. Suspicious requests may be denied.
Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of payment details. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
Users must not use the App for illegal or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to fraud, gambling, money laundering, or distribution of unlawful content.
Any interference with the normal operation of the App (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering, generating fraudulent traffic) is strictly forbidden.
Third-party advertisements may appear within the App. Interactions with such ads are governed by the respective third-party’s terms.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users within the App grant us and our partners a free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use such input for product development, marketing, or other lawful purposes.
We collect necessary personal and device information to enable account management, settlement of points, prevention of fraud, and service optimization.
User information is treated confidentially but may be disclosed in cases of:
Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
Processing rewards or task completion requirements;
Prior user consent.
By using the App, you consent to data collection, storage, and usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App and related services are provided “as is,” without any guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of rewards.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from factors outside our control, such as network failures, hardware issues, or interruptions by partners.
Losses or failures caused by user misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or force majeure events shall not be borne by the App.
We may revise this Agreement at any time and will inform users through in-App announcements. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the App and terminate your account.
If you breach this Agreement or relevant laws, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user resides.
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where the App is registered.
