Delete Account
If you want to delete your TapPlay account, you can choose either option below:
Option 1: Contact us by email (Recommended)
Send an email to [email protected] and include:
- Your TapPlay account info (phone, email, or user ID)
- A clear request to delete the account
- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
We typically process requests within 1–7 business days (subject to verification and compliance).
Option 2: Delete within the TapPlay app
- Make sure you are logged into your account
- From Home, tap your avatar to open Profile
- Find and tap "Delete Account", then follow the prompts
What happens after deletion?
- Your account and related data will be removed or anonymized (per legal and compliance requirements)
- Active activities, points, rewards, and withdrawal eligibility will end
- Some records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or accounting
