Delete Account

If you want to delete your TapPlay account, you can choose either option below:

Option 1: Contact us by email (Recommended)

Send an email to and include:

  • Your TapPlay account info (phone, email, or user ID)
  • A clear request to delete the account
  • Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)

We typically process requests within 1–7 business days (subject to verification and compliance).

Option 2: Delete within the TapPlay app

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account
  2. From Home, tap your avatar to open Profile
  3. Find and tap "Delete Account", then follow the prompts

What happens after deletion?

  • Your account and related data will be removed or anonymized (per legal and compliance requirements)
  • Active activities, points, rewards, and withdrawal eligibility will end
  • Some records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or accounting
